Data retention

Server logs are kept for a short period (typically 30 days) and then rotated. Google Analytics data is retained per the property configuration (currently 14 months). Conversation history on Telegram/WhatsApp/email is kept until both parties agree it is no longer needed or until you ask us to delete it.

Children

The site is intended for adults old enough to buy hosting on their own behalf. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you are a parent and believe your child has shared information with us, contact us and we will remove it.
